4 Meses, 3 Semanas y 2 Días es el filme europeo del año

Los dos premios más importantes de la Academia Cinematográfica Europea fueron para la cinta rumana 4 Meses, 3 Semanas y 2 Días. The Queen y Das Parfum (El Perfume) también obtuvieron dos premios.

European Film Awards 2007: Nominaciones

La Academia Europea de Cine (EFA) anunció hace unos días sus nominaciones imperiales para los premios 2007. He dicho "nominaciones imperiales", porque en esta ocasión la reina y el rey encabezan la lista: The Queen, dirigida por Stephen Frears, obtuvo seis nominaciones, mientras que The Last King of Scotland de Kevin Macdonald alcanzó cinco.

A estas cintas siguieron, 4 Luni, 3 Saptamini Si 2 Zile del rumano Cristian Mungiu y El Perfume de Tom Tykwer, ambas con cuatro nominaciones. Después, con tres menciones estuvieron el filme turco-germánico Auf Der Anderen Seite de Fatih Akin y la película francesa La Môme de Olivier Dahan.

Los 1,800 miembros de academia europea definieron sus nominaciones tras considerar una brillante selección de 42 cintas finalistas provenientes de 26 países diferentes. Filmes como Alatriste, Alexandra, Belle Toujours, Du Levande, Import/Export, Izgnanie, Once, Persépolis y Zwartboek fueron tomados en cuenta, aunque no todos ellos lograron alguna nominación. Seguramente no habrá sido nada fácil decidir entre tantas cintas que durante este año dominaron los festivales de cine, y que incluso han sido elegidas para representar a sus respectivos países en el Oscar.
